GBP £7.50 orders between £150.00 and up.
You can view your order details at any time by clicking on the VIEW CART button at the top right of the screen, from here you can either continue shopping or finish and proceed to payment.

Upon payment you shall receive a confirmation email to state that your order has been processed.
Your order will be processed normally within 2 working days and sent via Royal mail first class post.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery although the majrity of items should arrve quicker.
Alternatively you can send me an email with the item that you want and arrange to pay on collection from me at my stall in St Georges Market, Belfast on Saturdays 9am-3pm and Sundays 10am-3.30pm.
Original Art and Framed prints are unavailable to buy online at this time but can be reserved via email for collection also.
Customs and duty
Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Delivery
All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We make every effort to deliver all products within the United Kingdom within 7 working days of acceptance of the order. Where this is not possible we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your product are delivered within 28 days from acceptance.This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside UK. Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. If we can not deliver your order you have specified for any reasons (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the product. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit/debit card for such a re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full to you less any delivery charges we have incurred. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel necessary to return an item; we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. All of your purchases at www.lisamahaffey.co.uk are covered by our 14 day unconditional money-back guarantee. * If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for full refund (less any delivery charges). Any cancelled items must be returned in their original condition. Please include in your parcel either your original dispatch note or else a note with your Order No, Name and Address on it. This ensures we have all the information necessary to process your request quickly. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. You might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. We will refund this charge if the goods are faulty or we were at fault within 30 working days. *Excludes personalised goods. If you wish to return items please contact us on enquiries@lisamahaffey.co.uk for authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a return authorisation reference. Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified in to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods. We will repay any amounts paid by you to us for return items within 30 days of cancellation.
Cancellation & Changes
Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by email to enquiries@ www.lisamahaffey.co.uk within 2 working days of you receiving an order confirmation email from us. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, then you may wish to return the items for full refund less any carriage charges incurred.
We will refund the cost of goodswithin 30 days as soon as we have received them in perfect condition.
The refund is for the cost of the goods only and does not cover the initial cost of postage and packaging of the goods sent to you. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the goods to Lisa Mahaffey. You are also responsible for ensuring that the goods are adequately insured as Lisa Mahaffey will not be liable for any loss/damage during return. Please package the relevant item securely including all original packaging, and send it so that we receive it within the 7days of the date that you notify us of your desire to cancel.
